Gerry de Koning has over 35 years experience as a practitioner, manager, consultant and educator. In 1988 he formed de Koning Associates Inc to serve clients in Canada, the United States and Europe. Clients are served with a blend of teaching and consulting. Depending on the assignment, other consultants may be included to provide the best possible expertise to clients.
Gerry has provided services to many organizations including Global Knowledge, McMaster University, ESI International, Royal Bank, Sun Life, Manulife, CIBC, TD Bank, US Steel, Cisco, Nortel, Hallmark, the IRS and governments of Canada, Florida, Ontario, Manitoba, British Columbia and 3 other provinces.
Gerry has worked in business consulting and software development for over 35 years. His goal is always to provide clients with insights, build consensus about what their next steps should be and help make those steps happen. His specialities include consulting, training, business analysis, process analysis, metrics, modeling, requirements management and courseware creation.
